All of our products are made in the USA. Packaging, componentry and nail tools are produced in China and Italy.

All of our products ship from Whitehall, OH.  Just a stone’s through away from Columbus, OH.

We ship to all states in the US and Canada + Europe by special order. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we make it your hometown.

You can expect your shipping confirmation email within 1 day. From there, our standard shipping within the US is 3- 5 business days. Please note that your local delivery services may currently be strained due to COVID-19, so it may take a little longer than usual to receive your package. You’ll receive a notification when your order is on the way with tracking information.

All orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex or UPS.

Yes, we do! Pricing can be found during the checkout process for both overnight and 2-day shipping. 

Your order arrives in a natural box with GLU Girls Like You water sticker. Our focus is on sustainability and we aim to ensure recyclability of all of our shipping materials. 

If you see something amiss, drop us a line at orders@beautybyglu.com and we’ll do our best to modify.  Notifying us within 24 hours of the purchase will secure the best possible outcome.

Yes! You can gift anything and everything in our shop. We've also recently launched gift cards to leave the deliberation up to the new #GLUGirl.

We do our best to make sure this never happens, but it’s a crazy world we live in! If something does come damaged, please email us at orders@beautybyglu.com we’ll do our best to get replacement products shipped to you right away, on us! 

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we’ll fix it right away! Contact us at orders@beautybyglu.com and we’ll be sure to get you the GLU Girls Like You products you ordered! 

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order after it's been placed. If you haven’t received anything from us after 5 business days, please drop us an email to orders@beautybyglu.com so we can look into and get your GLU to you right away. 

It can take up to 24 hours or 1 full business day for your tracking information to update. If it still hasn’t updated after 3 – 5 business days, let us know at orders@beautybyglu.com.

We hope this doesn't happen, but if it does, we’re here to help! Start by sending us an email to orders@beautybyglu.com and we'll track your package. Sometimes the shipping carrier will leave a note to pick up the package from the nearest post office.

Nope, never, nada! We love our furry friends as much as you do and it’s important we adhere to our vegan-friendly standards. And PS – so glad you asked!

It’s our goal to ensure you love your GLU products.  As we get up and running, we’re focusing on replacements for now and hopefully full returns in the coming months.  To issue a replacement, please provide your order number and a picture of the item and send it to orders@beautybyglu.com.

You can store GLUGirls Like You products wherever you complete your wellness routines, but preferably out of direct sunlight. All products should be used within 18 months of opening for best results.

There are a few things you can check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (billing address and name) match what you’ve entered into our system. Also double check that your credit card number, expiry, CVC and zip code are all correct. If you’re still having trouble, shoot us an email to info@beautybyglu.com and we’ll do our best to troubleshoot!
